Welcome to MilkVPN! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our VPN service ("Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MilkVPN Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MilkVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that allow you to connect to the internet securely and privately. Our Service includes:

Encrypted VPN network access
Multiple server locations worldwide
Account management and subscription services
Additional features as determined by MilkVPN

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Not using our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not infringing on the rights of any third party
Not interfering with or disrupting the Service
Not using the Service for activities that violate these Terms

5. Payment and Subscription

Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide the Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended due to:

Maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs
Force majeure events including natural disasters and network failures
Other reasonable circumstances beyond our control

      Important Notices
      No liability for cross-border network delays: Our Service is provided through networks spanning multiple countries. Connection delays, disconnections, or speed degradation may occur due to conditions in international communication networks beyond our control. We are not responsible for such issues as they fall outside the scope of our operational control.
Server configurations may change frequently: We continuously optimize and improve network performance by adjusting server locations, IP addresses, and configurations. The client may attempt reconnections periodically — this is normal operation aimed at improving service quality.
Not for fixed or continuous internet use: This Service is intended for personal, temporary, and security-oriented internet usage. You may not use this Service if you require a fixed and persistent internet environment, such as for server operation, continuous downloading, or permanent real-time connections.

    

7. Limitation of Liability

MilkVPN shall not be liable for:

Service interruptions caused by user negligence or misconduct
Connection issues or speed degradation resulting from international network delays, submarine cable failures, or other factors beyond our control
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
The content or reliability of any third-party services accessed through our Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the month during which the claim arose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is available on a separate page.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Korea.
